Aptean - CRM Developer - MS Dynamics 365

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement new functionalities and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET assemblies, and web resources.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, with and without middleware.
• Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues, and provide bug fixes and application support.
• Perform code reviews, solution design validation, and approve components for deployment.
• Collaborate on architecture discussions and provide solution design inputs.
• Conduct application walkthroughs, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure adherence to implementation and coding best practices.
• Manage deployment activities and CRM server administration.
• Support data migration efforts using in-built features or third-party Skills & Experience :
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online (Sales and / or Service in :
• Client-side customization : JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, AJAX.
• Server-side customization : C#, .NET assemblies.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks : Node.js, Angular.js, React.js.
• REST API development and external system integrations.
• Hands-on with Power Platform, including Power Apps.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services : App Services, Service Bus, and Databases.
• Experience with source control systems like Git, VSS.
• Data migration expertise via tools or Dynamics native :
• Microsoft Crm, Azure,C# .Net, Integrations PowerApp
