Role Description :
- Campaign Management : Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and more. Ensure campaigns are optimized to meet performance goals such as CPA, ROI, CPL, or ROAS.
- Budget Management : Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels, campaigns, and audience segments.
- Data-Driven Optimization : Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns by A / B testing, bid management, audience segmentation, and creative testing to maximize performance.
- Analytics & Reporting : Provide regular performance reports and insights, including KPIs, cost metrics, and growth tracking. Make actionable recommendations based on data trends and campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Creative, and website teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels that drive results.
- Market Research : Stay updated with trends and best practices in performance marketing. Continuously explore new channels and strategies to improve performance and reach new audiences.
Skills :
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and retargeting strategies is a plus. o Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).Personal Attributes :
