Teamware Solutions is seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist / Consultant to design, implement, and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns. You'll be instrumental in leveraging the full power of the Adobe Campaign platform to deliver personalized customer experiences, optimize campaign performance, and drive engagement for our clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with deep expertise in marketing automation and a passion for data-driven campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Design & Execution :
- Design, configure, and execute complex multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail) using Adobe Campaign Classic or Adobe Campaign Standard .
- Develop and manage workflows, target audiences, delivery templates, and personalization elements within the platform.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, accurately, and adhere to best practices for deliverability and compliance.
- Data Management & Segmentation :
- Define and implement robust data models within Adobe Campaign to support campaign segmentation and personalization.
- Manage data import / export, data quality, and data hygiene processes.
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups effectively.
- Technical Configuration & Integration :
- Configure technical workflows, external accounts, and delivery configurations .
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with other marketing technologies, CRM systems, and data platforms.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to campaign execution, data flow, and platform performance.
- Reporting & Optimization :
- Set up and analyze campaign performance reports , providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct A / B testing and other experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign deliverability and identify areas for improvement.
- Consulting & Best Practices :
- Provide expert guidance on Adobe Campaign capabilities and best practices to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Adobe Campaign and the broader marketing technology landscape.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in implementing, configuring, and managing campaigns using Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) .Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts , email marketing, and customer lifecycle management.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and segmentation.Familiarity with JavaScript or other scripting languages for personalization and workflow automation within Adobe Campaign.Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to articulate technical concepts to marketing stakeholders.Preferred Skills
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - Adobe Campaign certification.Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager).Knowledge of HTML / CSS for email template development.Familiarity with marketing automation principles and customer data platforms (CDP).Skills Required
