Associate - Business Strategy

Role Overview :

As an Associate within our Business Strategy team, you will own end-to-end strategic initiatives that drive Skyroot's growth and operational excellence. You'll spend your time structuring problems, conducting research, and creating strategic recommendations. You'll combine strategic thinking with execution ownership.

What You'll Do :

• Market intelligence & competitive analysis : Lead strategic market analyses to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, customer segments, and regulatory developments in the space industry. Synthesize findings into clear insights that guide leadership decisions.
• Business problem-solving : Structure complex, open-ended business questions using hypothesis driven analysis and first principles reasoning.
• Cross-functional execution : Translate recommendations into Operational reality by partnering with engineering, finance, and operations to design roadmaps and ensure alignment.
• Executive communication : Craft concise presentations that influence C-suite decisions. Your deliverables will be executive-grade—clear, structured, and recommendation-driven.
