Key Responsibilities
- Content Review and Moderation :
- Review, classify, and / or remove content (audio, video, text) according to client guidelines using specific tools and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, investigating flagged content and resolving issues accordingly.
- Actively stay updated on any changes in client policies and guidelines to ensure accurate and timely moderation.
- Reporting & Analytics :
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports and analyses.
- Focus on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights, actively monitoring employee behaviors.
- Use tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to create reports. (Proficiency in pivot tables and formulas in Excel is required).
- Issue Resolution :
- Resolve basic client-related inquiries and content issues independently.
- Escalate more complex issues as necessary to the broader Trust & Safety team for further investigation and resolution.
- Operational Support :
- Support standard operational activities for clients, ensuring superior quality and timely delivery.
- Suggest improvements to workflows and processes to enhance content moderation efficiency.
- Team Collaboration :
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with peers and superiors.
- Participate in team projects, contributing to solutions for complex content issues.
What We Are Looking For
Experience : 0-1 years of experience, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Digital Marketing Understanding : Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, especially in social media (CTR, CPM, etc.).Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with the team and stakeholders effectively.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources, demonstrating strong attention to detail and critical thinking.Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve content issues quickly and efficiently.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of pivots and formulas) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.Emotional Resilience : Ability to cope with challenging content and stress management, maintaining objectivity and professionalism.Bias-Free Approach : The ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of personal biases or beliefs, in alignment with client policies and guidelines.Skills Required
