Ajanta Pharma, a specialty-focused, fast-growing multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a dynamic and high-calibre National Sales Manager to lead our Diabetic Task Force.
This is a leadership role for a seasoned professional with strong Endocrinologist & Diabetologist connect and proven experience in driving sales performance across India.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, inspire, and manage the Diabetic Task Force across regions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, and KOLs.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve sales growth and market leadership in the Diabetes segment.
- Drive performance culture, mentor the team, and ensure execution excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand positioning.
Desired Profile :
12–18 years of progressive experience in Pharma Sales with a strong focus on the Diabetes / Endocrinology segment.Demonstrated success in managing a national sales team.Strong networking ability with leading Endocrinologists & Diabetologists.Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills.
