Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Create and execute NSM sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion in the textile industry.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective performance metrics.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development efforts.
- Sales Performance Monitoring : Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and enhance the customer journey.
Requirements : Education :
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience : Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the textile industry.
