Job description

Sales Leadership & Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve national revenue targets across B2B and B2C segments.

Team Management : Build, mentor, and manage a strong pan-India sales team, ensuring performance, motivation, and target achievement.

Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities with gyms, corporates, real estate groups, and institutional clients; establish leasing and direct sales models.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and partners.

Brand Positioning : Represent Ignite Life and its international partner brands at expos, events, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.

Revenue & P&L Responsibility : Take ownership of sales revenue, margins, forecasting, and business growth plans.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.

Reporting : Provide regular business updates, competitor analysis, and sales performance reports to the leadership team.
