SSAB Special Steels Tooling is looking for a motivated, performance-driven Key Account Manager to join our Tooling team in India. About the position

As a Key Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with our sales team and product managers in the region, providing strategic and sales and development support. Your primary focus is to develop new leads and opportunities visit customers and develop regional strategic goals for our brand Toolox. You will do this through the provision of effective methods, strategies and the Company’s goals and values.

Main responsibilities

  • Secure yearly sales and marketing targets with potential and existing customers in the region.
  • Develop strategic goals for the region together with the SD and break these down into relevant and concrete sales and development activities.
  • Independently set up sales and technical presentations, contracts and proposals. Pursue sales both at new and existing customers. Negotiate offer including prices and delivery times and other terms.
  • Develop the Tooling business with entering new and actual segments. Continuously look for new OEMs and Club Toolox partners and support current partners.

About You

  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi.
  • Solid technical skills, min 10 years’ experience in the industry. Deep knowledge and understanding of material properties, machining and heat treatment.
  • Problem solving and winning mindset.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service, including technical support.
