Job Description

This role is to handle the TVS Motors Key accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow key accounts by understanding their business needs and aligning them with our products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure account growth and retention.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address issues and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering and production to ensure timely delivery and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts and updates to senior management.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company’s offerings and build relationships with potential clients.

Skills Required :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and account growth.
  • Analytical mindset to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project management skills to coordinate with various teams and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Education Qualification : BE
