Job Description
This role is to handle the TVS Motors Key accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow key accounts by understanding their business needs and aligning them with our products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure account growth and retention.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address issues and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering and production to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts and updates to senior management.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company’s offerings and build relationships with potential clients.
Skills Required :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and account growth.Analytical mindset to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.Project management skills to coordinate with various teams and ensure timely project delivery.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.Education Qualification : BE
