Job description
  • AGM - Business Development
  • with 5+ years of experience required for a
  • financial services organisation
  • located in
  • Andheri,
  • Mumbai
  • JD :

    • Drive business development for RTA services
    • (listed companies, IPOs, ESOPs, registrar services)
    • Engage with Merchant Bankers, Lead Managers,
    • and other intermediaries to generate leads and expand IPO assignments (Main Board & SME / Emerge)
    • Identify new prospects, schedule meetings, deliver pitches,
    • and share proposals
    • Build and maintain client relationships with Company Secretaries, Compliance Teams
    • , and mid-level decision-makers
    • Coordinate client meetings,
    • follow up for closures, and act as point of contact during onboarding
    • Attend industry events
    • and networking forums to promote RTA services
    • Work with internal teams
    • (operations, legal, tech) for proposals and smooth delivery
    • Maintain lead trackers, update sales pipeline,
    • and report to senior management
    • Monitor market trends, competition,
    • and new opportunities
    • Salary up to

    • Rs 10 lakh per annum
