Key Responsibilities :
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Hire new partners to associate with the company and bring in new customers.
- Conduct product training to ensure all partners can effectively use and sell the company's products.
- Partner Relationship Management :
- Act as the liaison between the company and partners, ensuring productive and smooth operations.
- Provide regular support to partners, resolving queries and ensuring high productivity levels.
- Sales Target Achievement :
- Drive sales of Life & Health, Motor, and SME insurance products (e.g., Fire, Engineering, Liability, GMC, GPA, GTLI) through direct channels or by recruiting POS.
- Identify, set, and agree on premium targets with POS to ensure business goals are met.
- Follow up on pending leads and references to generate new business.
- Collaboration & Process Adherence :
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that processes, standards, and procedures with partners are consistently followed.
- Ensure that all partners are on track to meet their sales goals and targets.
- Product Knowledge & Training :
- Stay up to date with all product offerings and insurance solutions by attending training sessions and reading relevant materials.
- Regularly update and train partners on new products, features, and solutions.
