Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute business development initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Generate new leads through calls, references, bids, and other channels to create sales opportunities.
- Handle business proposals, track existing POs, and manage invoices.
- Communicate with prospective clients, conduct follow-ups, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and send sales proposals, quotations, sample demo reports, and certificates to clients as required.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and meeting client business needs.
- Contribute to the formulation of business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and generate relevant reports for the Sales / Marketing Department.
- Provide management with regular updates on all business development activities and leads.
- Collaborate internally and externally to maximize sales opportunities.
- Acquire new business by expanding existing accounts and opening new large accounts.
