Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager - Growth, based in Pune. The Key Account Manager will oversee managing and nurturing key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include creating business plans, delivering tailored solutions to customer needs, analyzing account performance, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer retention.
