Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our staff augmentation business for GCCs . The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers, procurement teams, and internal talent acquisition to build strong relationships, identify staffing opportunities, and ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and procurement stakeholders within GCCs.
- Understand clients’ ongoing and upcoming staffing needs for software product development roles (Java, .NET, Full Stack, QA, Data, DevOps, etc.).
- Proactively share profiles of available bench resources to relevant hiring teams.
- Collaborate with the internal Talent Acquisition team to source and present qualified candidates for client requirements.
- Own the end-to-end business development lifecycle — from lead generation, account penetration, proposal coordination, and negotiation to closure.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of staffing opportunities and ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Conduct account mapping and research to identify potential new GCC clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery follow-ups.
- Stay informed on GCC trends, talent market shifts, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of total experience with at least 4–5 years in IT staffing or professional services sales .Proven success in working with GCCs or large enterprise clients for technology staffing or managed resource solutions.Strong understanding of software product development roles and associated skillsets.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholder levels.Ability to coordinate with internal recruiting teams and manage fulfillment targets.Strong communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA preferred (not mandatory).Requirements
