We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager – Tech Sales to lead and manage the sales operations in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, training the team, achieving targets, streamlining and improving business processes, and contributing to overall business development initiatives.

- Key Responsibilities : Sales Leadership & Target Achievement :
- Drive the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain consistent sales performance under pressure while ensuring quality standards.
- Implement effective sales strategies and ensure team adherence to goals and KPIs.
- Team Management & Training :
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales executives to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and refresher training programs.
- Build a positive and competitive team culture focused on results and integrity.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement :
- Streamline sales operations and improve workflows to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation or optimization.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent execution.
- Business Development Support :
- Work closely with the Business Development team to identify growth opportunities and new client segments.
- Participate in client discussions, proposals, and planning for strategic expansion.
- Support new initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.
- Reporting & Analysis :
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports.
- Ensure transparency and data accuracy in all sales reports and documentation.
- Ethics & Compliance :
- Uphold company policies and maintain the highest ethical standards in all dealings.
- Ensure the team follows all compliance protocols, avoiding any misleading or fraudulent practices.
- Candidates with any past involvement in unethical or fraudulent business practices will not be considered.
- Qualifications & Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or sales management within a tech sales, IT, or BPO environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a pressured environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Must have a clean professional background with no record of involvement in any fraud or unethical business practices.
