Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Responsible for achieving team targets and ensuring roster adherence .
- Training & Development : Provide inputs and assist in process training and delivering process-related updates to ensure the team's effectiveness.
- Escalation Management : Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Retention : Focus on strategies and actions to ensure customer retention and long-term relationships.
- Destination Knowledge : Utilize knowledge of popular Indian tourist destinations to guide the team and provide customers with enriching travel experiences.
- Hotel Contracting : Leverage your experience in hotel contracting to negotiate and finalize deals that benefit both the company and customers.
- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams and ensure that team operations are aligned with organizational goals.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong PR with Indian hoteliers , ensuring excellent vendor relations and smoother operations.
Eligibility Criteria :
10+ years of experience with reputed Inbound tour operators .Deep knowledge of popular Indian tourist destinations .Extensive experience in hotel contracting .Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).Strong PR relationships with Indian hoteliers is a must.Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.Skills Required
