Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Strong functional and development experience in two or more of the following : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience / Communities Cloud, and CPQ
- Experience with Zoho or similar support ticketing systems
- Define solutions for problems by creating designs including data models
- Extensive experience with Visualforce pages, Apex classes, Salesforce configuration, and customization
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce deployment processes, including source control management, change sets, Workbench, and other tools
- Strong experience in data exporting and importing using Import Wizard, Data Loader, and Workbench
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead, support engineer, or similar roleProficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience / Communities Cloud, and CPQExperience with Visualforce pages, Apex classes, Salesforce configuration, and customizationHands-on experience with data migration using Data Loader and Data IO toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSkills Required
