Senior Salesforce Developer - Lightning Web Components

Job Summary :

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in custom development on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, and a successful track record in complex Salesforce implementations. This role will not only be responsible for developing scalable and secure solutions but also for contributing to architecture, enforcing coding best practices, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and test classes to support complex business logic and integrations.
• Build and enhance Visualforce pages, workflows, process builders, and Flow automations as required.
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability across all Salesforce components.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical & Best Practices :
• Participate in architectural decision-making, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Contribute to and enforce code quality standards, design patterns, and naming conventions.
• Maintain version control and engage in regular code reviews and deployment activities.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools as applicable.
