Role & Responsibilities :
- Customer Segmentation & Personalization : Build and manage detailed customer segments to deliver tailored communication journeys that enhance customer experience and retention.
- Campaign Performance Analysis : Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness by tracking key performance metrics, generating insightful reports, and recommending actionable improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with content, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment of messaging and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
- Optimization & Testing : Utilize A / B testing, behavioral triggers, and data-driven insights to continually optimize campaign strategies and outcomes.
- P&L Ownership : Take full ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) for all retention marketing activities, ensuring efficient budget allocation, cost control, and ROI optimization.

Key Requirements :
1-2 years of hands-on experience in CRM, customer engagement, or retention marketing.Proven experience with CRM tools (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar).Deep understanding of campaign metrics and data-driven marketing.Experience executing lifecycle marketing across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment(ref : iimjobs.com)
