DMS and CRM Lead

Job Description

• Lead the digital transformation roadmap across OEM, Dealer, Sales, and Service functions by aligning business processes with advanced DMS and CRM solutions.
• Evaluate, finalize, and manage vendors for CRM, DMS, customer mobile applications, and connected car technologies.
• Assess emerging technologies and define implementation strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT architecture.
• Oversee system operations and ensure effective L1, L2, and L3 support for CRM and DMS platforms.
• Manage annual budgeting and cost optimization for digital and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery and performance excellence of all digital systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DMS Lead should have :

• Strong technical knowledge of Dealer Management Systems and CRM system within the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in system integration and process optimization.
• Proven ability to handle system audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report generation for decision-making purposes.
