Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Manager, based in Mumbai. The CRM Manager will oversee the customer relationship management system, develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships, and enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer data, generating reports, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clients.
