Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Test Manager to lead testing efforts across our SAP landscape, including S / 4HANA and integrated systems. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent test management experience , strong leadership qualities , and expertise in automation, performance, and UAT testing . The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality delivery of SAP solutions by overseeing planning, execution, and continuous improvement of testing activities across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy & Planning

• Define and own the SAP test strategy for multiple phases (SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance).
• Collaborate with functional and technical leads to define test scope, schedule, and priorities.
• Develop comprehensive test plans including resource planning, tools, and risk mitigation.

Team Leadership

Automation & Performance Testing

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Defect Management & QA Governance

Reporting & Communication

Continuous Improvement
