Job description

Role : SAP Project Manager

Job Type : Full-time (FTE)

Work Mode : Onsite 5 days WFO

Age Criteria : Applicants must be below 45 years of age

Experience Required :

Overall 10- 15 years of professional experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, preferably SAP implementation projects
Proven expertise in leading SAP S / 4HANA implementations and rollouts

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget

Define project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Oversee SAP S / 4HANA implementations, upgrades, and integration with legacy systems

Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices

Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives

Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies

Conduct regular project status reviews and report progress to senior management

Lead project governance meetings and manage vendor / partner relationships effectively

Drive user adoption by overseeing training, documentation, and change management initiatives

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational goals

Required Skillsets :

Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA and SAP implementation methodologies

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or equivalent

PMP certification or equivalent (Prince2, PMI-ACP preferred)

Excellent leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills

Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR modules

Ability to manage multicultural teams across geographies

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
