he Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the SDET strategy for the Chennai team, ensuring it aligns with overall company goals. This includes building and leading the SDET team through recruitment, mentoring, and performance management. A key focus will be driving the creation of robust test automation frameworks and ensuring continuous improvement of testing processes. Collaboration with product and development teams is essential to integrate quality engineering throughout the software development lifecycle. Given that the VNDLY team is currently primarily located in North American time zones, most heavily concentrated in the Eastern Time Zone, this role will require strong cross-team collaboration and communication to effectively bridge time zone differences and ensure seamless workflow. The role also requires establishing and tracking key performance indicators for test automation and quality, providing regular reports to management. Leading and mentoring SDET engineers to reach their full potential, overseeing test environments, and ensuring compliance with testing standards are crucial. As the VNDLY site leader for the Chennai office, the Senior Manager will ensure a positive and productive environment for all VNDLY Workmates, providing on-site leadership and support while fostering a culture of excellence in quality and collaboration.
Basic Qualifications
