About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Manager to lead the automation testing practice for our banking technology initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in test automation frameworks, banking domain knowledge, and proven leadership in managing teams and large-scale test programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage automation testing projects across banking applications (Core Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, etc.).
• Design, develop, and implement automation test strategies using Java, Selenium, and mobile automation tools (Appium / others).
• Define test frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and reusability.
• Oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business, development, and project teams to align testing with business requirements.
• Manage and mentor automation testers, ensuring skill development and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement in test automation coverage, efficiency, and CI / CD integration.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
