Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact software projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and within-budget execution while driving P&L responsibility for the portfolio.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and expectation management across all project phases.
• Oversee multiple delivery teams, driving productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence through strategic planning and execution.
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the right skills and culture fit to drive high performance and long-term success.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to ensure high-performance teams, fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define, scope, and execute project deliverables effectively.
• Implement Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies to optimize team efficiency, delivery timelines, and overall software quality.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution and maximizing business impact.
• Drive continuous process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance delivery predictability and productivity.
