Job Profile
As an account executive, you'll work as a link between the creative team and its clients. You'll be responsible for the coordination of branding projects and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. You may also be known as an account handler.
It is vital to understand the needs of your clients, which you'll learn through liaising closely with them throughout project execution, often on a daily basis. You'll also manage administrative and project work to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handling marketing projects from idealization to execution
- Collaborating with design, planning, projects management and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects
- Creating and maintaining client documents and client interaction archives
- Present creative work to clients for approval / modification
- Optimum utilization of internal resources and teams to increase productivity and client satisfaction.
- Keeping open channels of communication with each client that can be employed effectively by other departments
- Keeping clients in the loop regarding updates, progress and execution of projects
- Managing and maintaining project documentation.
- Handling project management tasks effectively
- Measuring and reporting on performance of all projects
- Generating budget estimates and obtaining approvals on the same from clients.
- Checking deliverables as per client expectations
Qualification
