Driving the delivery of premium client service and support to institutional & intermediary clients and internal teams.Collaborate closely with different teams / offices for smooth client onboarding / account opening / offboarding, change management, ad hoc / periodic review and monitoring, and transaction monitoring.Deliver regular client reporting, marketing materials, market updates, client notices, etc., prepare / review reporting / materials and add the relevant disclaimers / disclosures to deliver on time.Handle enquiries and complaints timely and professionally, and promptly escalate potential issues and risks.Effective use of KYC and CRM system and other applications to onboard client and ensure client record is captured / updated accurately within timeline and standard.Ensure clients account set up appropriately to receive account statements, notices, invoices, trailer fee, management fee rebate, etc.Monitor clients account transactions and provide assistance or escalate to fund Transfer Agent when needed.Provide support and coverage to other client services / sales support staff and client services tasks in the region when needed.Provide client data and information to fulfil internal and external requirements / support other functions.Contribute to internal projects and complete internal assessments / questionnaires / surveys when needed.Focus on specific goals and demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.Foster a sense of teamwork, support / assist other teams / offices when required.Fully understand and ensure adhere to established corporate policies / procedures / internal controls / regulations, including but not limited to AML, KYC and sanctions requirements, and promptly escalate potential risks.To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following :
- Bachelor s degree holder preferable major in Business, Marketing or Finance related
- At least 8 years of client services / sales support work experience in Investment Management / Asset Management / Banking industries.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, quick, and self-learner, flexible and can work multi-tasking based on different priorities to meet different deadlines independently.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in AML / KYC related tasks and mutual fund operations preferred.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office : Word, excel, power point and any experience in Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Good written and spoken communication skills .
- Knowledge in different types of investment strategies / fund products.
- To follow working hours (9am to 5 : 30pm) and business days / public holiday arrangement in Singapore.
