Inviting applications for the role of assistant vice president, invoice to cash global process owner :

In this role, the global process owner (GPO) lead directs and executes the GPO roadmap to address business challenges and opportunities for key clients in the finance and accounting domain within the consumer unit. This involves using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering, combined with technology solutions such as agentic AI, gen AI, digital solutions, and intelligent automation. The incumbent ensures effective delivery of planned digital and automation projects, AI and machine learning projects, and Six Sigma projects (standardization), collaborating with cross-functional global leads, including the digital delivery team and client leadership. This role reports to an account transformation lead, but the responsibility for planning and delivering the GPO strategy lies with the lead Identify opportunities to modernize operations in the invoice to cash domain.

• Collaborate closely with global operations teams to pinpoint opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct detailed assessments, including process mapping, metric gathering, and data analysis.
• Develop a transformation roadmap : Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to integrate agentic AI, gen AI, analytics, and digital capabilities across the consumer span, enhancing overall performance.
• Support the development and refinement of practices in the invoice to cash domain developing schemas for new industry verticals, refining schemas and benchmarks, providing insights, and so on.
• Expand digital offerings : Partner with existing operations teams to enhance and extend digital and analytics solutions for client organizations.
• Champion digital solutions : Advocate for digital solutions and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, reinforcing the overall value proposition.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and digital transformation, providing strategic insights and guidance.
• Manage client relationships and deliver transformation roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement, delivering committed productivity improvements in accounts and reducing bad benchmarks.
