Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting patients and visitors, managing appointments, and performing clerical duties. The Receptionist will ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing receptionist duties and clerical skills
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
