Roles & Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Interaction
- Greet clients, athletes, and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage inquiries (in-person, phone, email) and provide accurate information about RSF services.
- Handle client check-ins, bookings, and schedules seamlessly.
Administrative & Financial Operations
Process invoices, handle payments, and maintain accurate financial records.Ensure timely and error-free documentation of client details and service usage.Support with reports on client sessions, packages, and feedback.Facility & Event Coordination
Oversee daily facility standards, ensuring a safe and organized environment.Coordinate specialized service bookings (physiotherapy, assessments, etc.).Support in planning and execution of in-house events, workshops, and athlete programs.Guide and support interns with tasks and responsibilities.Technology & Digital Support
Assist clients with booking platforms, membership systems, and app usage.Troubleshoot common digital / booking-related issues and escalate as needed.Collaborate with vendors / tech partners to ensure smooth digital operations.Client & Community Engagement
Build positive relationships with clients and athletes, fostering loyalty and retention.Collect feedback proactively and share insights to improve service delivery.Actively engage with members during events and community activities.Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in front desk, administration, or customer service preferred.Strong communication skills in English, Hindi (Kannada is a plus).Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital tools and booking systems.Fresh graduates with the right attitude and passion for the sports & fitness industry are welcome!What We Offer
