We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist and Front Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front office email and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide information about the organization and assist visitors as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of office equipment, including printers and copiers.Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
