Description
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist for our Coaching Institute. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our students and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for faculty and staff.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for classes and events.
- Respond to inquiries via email and maintain effective communication with students and staff.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.Basic understanding of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or related field is a plus.Interested Contact : 78258 90555
