We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Customer Representative for our voice support team at a leading MNC in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service via telephone, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via voice channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
1-6 years of experience in customer service or related field, preferably in a voice process role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.Skills Required
