Job Summary :
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a domestic voice process to join our Customer Service team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries effectively, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products / services.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Log customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline.Minimum 1 year of experience in a domestic voice customer service process .Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages ( Hindi ).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Preferred Attributes :
Prior experience in BPO or call center environment.Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Day shifts only if applicable).Team player with a positive attitude.
