Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Staffing Head – Sales to lead our business development efforts in the staffing and recruitment domain. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth within the staffing industry. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of IT & Non-IT staffing solutions, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying and acquiring clients across industries for staffing services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Procurement teams.
- Partner with delivery / recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Own P&L responsibility for staffing sales and ensure profitability.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service agreements with clients.
- Stay updated on staffing industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics .
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in staffing / recruitment industry with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.Strong track record in IT & Non-IT staffing sales and client acquisition.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales & revenue targets .Excellent client networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Strong business acumen with P&L management experience .Ability to lead and inspire sales teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
