Leadership : Strong team management and motivational skills. Sales Expertise : Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop sales strategies. Industry Knowledge : Expertise in home loans, mortgages, and financial regulations. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Tech Proficiency : Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools. Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel for business development.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Sales Strategy : Formulate and execute national sales plans for home loans and mortgages.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a nationwide sales team to achieve targets and ensure professional growth.
- Business Development : Drive new business, build relationships with key stakeholders (developers, brokers, etc.).
- Market Insights : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Customer Focus : Ensure sales teams offer tailored solutions and exceptional service.
