Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the Enterprise VAS business, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or cloud communications industry, with at least 3 years in a CPaaS or related field.
- Education : MBA in Marketing preferred along with Graduation from reputed University / Institutes
- Skills :
- Strong understanding of CPaaS, SaaS, telecommunications, and cloud-based communication services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development : Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the CPaaS industry. Acquire new Clients across all Communication channels SMS, WhatsApp,RCS ,EmailClient Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand client needs and tailor CPaaS solutions to meet those needs.Sales Planning : Meet sales target, plan and present sales projection. Create a strong sales funnel and measure conversion based on target.
