This role will focus on building future-ready talent by blending technology training, behavioral development, and business readiness programs. The ideal candidate is energetic, hands-on, and metrics-driven, with a proven track record of managing large-scale fresher cohorts, working with multiple stakeholders, and creating measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive Fresher Onboarding and Learning Journeys across technical, functional, and behavioral domains
• Align programs with business priorities, emerging technologies, and client expectations
• Ensure freshers are prepared to transition into billable roles smoothly.
