This role sits at the very heart of that transformation. As a Digital Analytics Implementation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our organisation captures, structures, and leverages data to drive smarter decisions, better customer experiences, and faster experimentation.

As a Lead Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist, you'll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of digital analytics implementations, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights across all digital channels to drive business growth and inform data-driven decisions
You will lead initiatives in tools architecture and collaborate closely with Product Owners,Data Research & Insights, Marketing as well as Retention / Engagement teams, UX designers, and front end developers to enhance the digital experience for our customers and drive business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
Embedded within an excellent, highly collaborative and supportive data, research and insights focused team. You will lead and grow the digital data analytics platform within the Economist Group

What We're Looking For
Desired Qualifications
Has a B.Tech / B.E / MCA from a reputed institution.
5+ years of experience with tag management systems like GTM, DTM, and Tealium.
5+ years of experience implementing and using web analytics tools such as Amplitude, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics (Core metrics), and / or Web trends.
4+ years of experience implementing 3rd party tracking tools (DoubleClick, AdWords, ComScore, etc.).
