Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in B2B SaaS sales . The role requires strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals to drive revenue growth for our SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients for SaaS solutions through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution-based discussions to address client pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions as per client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports in CRM.
- Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to position offerings effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).1-3years of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 1–2 years in SaaS / technology sales (mandatory).Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription sales, and recurring revenue.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Show more
