Role Description

This is a full-time Front Desk Staff role located on-site in Chennai. The Front Desk Staff will handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and answering phone calls with professionalism. The role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. Proficiency in computer systems and communication tools is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including basic knowledge of office software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in healthcare or diagnostics is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
