Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Employee Engagement & Relations
Assist in organizing employee engagement and team-building activitiesSupport resolution of employee queries and HR-related concernsHelp in executing performance management processes and feedback cyclesHR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentationAssist in payroll input, attendance tracking, and leave managementEnsure adherence to HR policies and regulatory complianceProvide day-to-day administrative support to the HR teamContribute to HR process improvements and special projectsRequirements :
2 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or generalist HR rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood interpersonal and coordination abilitiesProficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS OfficeAbility to multitask and handle confidential information with discretionGraduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Skills Required
