About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2021) platforms, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support complex infrastructure operations.

This role involves L2 / L3 level support, proactive system monitoring, incident and patch management, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams to ensure secure, stable, and high-performing IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2021 across the organization.
• Provide L2 and L3 level technical support for server issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, RDS, and other core Windows services.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain security policies, configurations, and compliance standards.
• Perform regular patch management across Windows environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot failover clustering and high-availability setups.
• Execute scripts and automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Basic administration and support for Active Directory (user management, policies, GPOs).
• Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure configurations for support and auditing.
