Senior Microsoft Intune Administrator - Active Directory

Project Overview :

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer - Microsoft Intune with expertise in end-user computing to design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).

This role is critical to ensuring optimized endpoint management, enhanced security posture, and seamless user experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and administer Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 endpoint solutions.
• Configure and manage device enrolment, compliance, and application deployment policies.
• Ensure security hardening of endpoints and respond to compliance / security alerts.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, etc.) for endpoint management and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex endpoint issues and ensure adherence to IT governance.
• Monitor compliance, licensing, and security standards for enterprise endpoints.
• Troubleshoot end-user computing issues across Windows, macOS, and VDI environments.
• Provide documentation, reporting, and technical guidance as required.
