Job Description : Post Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Post Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing post-sales documentation and client engagement, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and editing real estate agreements.
Managing, understanding and controlling title-related legal documents.
Preparing demand letters, Bank NOCs, payment receipts, and property tax documents.
Coordinating with Banks and DSAs to ensure a smooth customer loan journey.
Tracking payments, following up with clients, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Coordinating with clients for post-sales engagement and support.
Ensuring all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
Strong documentation control and drafting skills.
Soft Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle clients with professionalism and respect.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up abilities.
Highly accountable and action-driven.
