Job Title : Relation Manager Corporate Coverage
Roles and Responsibilities : Candidate will be primarily responsible for
- Generating new business leads and driving new client acquisition through proactive market scanning, networking, cold calling, and corporate pitch relationship-building.
- Primarily covering and building relationship within the Mid-market and Large Corporates, for offering wholesale debt solutions for varied end uses namely onward lending, Growth financing, Acquisition finance or funding any structured or special situation requirement
- Developing and delivering internal presentations, Memos, Pipeline & Portfolio, MIS / Presentations,review presentation, etc.
- Preparing marketing materials, internal memos, Term sheets, pitch books, and investment presentations on the deals under discussion and for potential clients
- Reading, analysing, interpreting Corp Decks, Annual reports, Balance sheets, Financial models,Sanction letters, project reports and research reports
- Effectively coordinate and maintain efficient communication across internal teams (credit, legal, ops, etc.) for the entire lifecycle of the deal.
Key Skills, Attributes and Competencies :
Strong client sourcing and originating mind-set with excellent communication, inter-personal and relationship management skillsProficiency in tools such as Excel, PPT, Power BI, CRM tools similar are preferred Networking and Influencing skills including analytical mind-set with proficiency in tools such as Excel, PPT, Power BI or similar are preferredSelf- starter with ability to multitask and meet timelinesStrong Analytical & research abilities to generate database for lead generation and originationShould be good at number crunching, data analysis & interpretation of the same with a solid hands-on experience in MS-Office (Word, excel & PowerPoints).Detail oriented, precise, organized and able to work independently and manage / prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.Professional Qualification and Experience :
CA or MBA (Finance) from top tier colleges. Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in deal origination in corporate finance corporateMinimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in deal origination in corporate finance corporate lending, investment banking, credit / structuring / syndication desk, or related areas. Any past experience of working at the corporate lending desk of NBFC, Bank, Credit fund (AIF) will be an advantage.Prior exposure to working with large / mid-corporate clients.Experience in negotiating, structuring loans, due diligence, documentation.(ref : iimjobs.com)
