Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and persuasive Telecounsellor to join our Admissions team at iLEAD College, Kolkata. The role involves a blend of tele sales and student counselling, requiring excellent communication, empathy, and conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact and counsel prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and emails regarding academic programs and admission processes.
- Understand students’ interests and guide them toward suitable courses offered by the college.
- Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and ensure timely conversion of prospects into admissions.
- Maintain lead records in the CRM and prepare daily follow-up and conversion reports.
- Achieve monthly admission targets through consistent engagement and persuasive communication.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enrollment initiatives and campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile :
