About the Role :
We are seeking a confident and proactive Telecalling Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with property seekers, sharing project information, and scheduling site visits. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about customer communication.

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate project offerings.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for potential buyers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Requirements :
Minimum qualification : Higher Secondary / Graduate.Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (real estate experience is a plus).Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.Pleasant voice, confident telephone etiquette, and ability to handle objections.Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive attitude.Why Join Us
